110% Price Match Guarantee
At RugAvenue, we want you to shop with confidence knowing you’re getting a great price. If you find the same rug advertised for less by another authorized U.S. retailer, we’ll not only match the lower price — we’ll beat the difference by 10%.
How It Works
If you find an eligible rug at a lower advertised price before your purchase, contact us with a link to the competitor’s offer. Once verified, we’ll adjust our price according to our 110% Price Match Guarantee.
If you already purchased from RugAvenue and find a lower eligible price within 14 days of your purchase, contact us and we’ll review your request.
What Qualifies
To qualify, the competitor’s rug must be:
* The exact same brand, collection, design, color, size, and construction
* New and in original condition
* In stock and available for immediate purchase
* Sold by an authorized U.S. retailer
* Publicly advertised at a verifiable price
The comparison is based on the competitor’s total price, including any required shipping or delivery charges.
How the 110% Match Is Calculated
We match the competitor’s lower price and give you an additional 10% of the price difference.
For example, if our rug is $1,000 and an eligible competitor offers the same rug for $900, the difference is $100. We’ll beat that price by an additional $10, making your RugAvenue price $890.
Exclusions
The 110% Price Match Guarantee does not apply to clearance, closeout, liquidation, going-out-of-business, auction, marketplace, used, open-box, damaged, returned, floor-sample, or incorrectly priced merchandise.
It also does not apply to membership pricing, employee discounts, trade or designer pricing, wholesale pricing, private offers, bundle pricing, gift cards, coupons or promotional codes that are not available to the general public.
Prices from third-party marketplace sellers are not eligible.
Additional Terms
Price matches cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers unless otherwise stated. RugAvenue reserves the right to verify the competitor, product availability, price, and eligibility of any request. We also reserve the right to limit quantities and decline requests involving pricing errors or offers that cannot reasonably be verified.
