We want you to feel confident choosing a rug for your home. If it isn’t quite right, we make returns and exchanges simple.

Choosing the right rug is easier when you can see it in your own space. While shopping on RugAvenue, use our Room Visualizer to preview rugs in your actual room and get a better sense of size, color, and placement before you order.

Returns

Eligible rugs can be returned within 30 days. A 5% return fee applies, plus return shipping.

Exchanges

Prefer another rug? We’ll waive the 5% return fee on your first exchange. Return shipping still applies.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Custom, altered, clearance, and Final Sale items are not eligible for return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your rug arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
