Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at RugAvenue.com. If you're not entirely happy with your rug, we offer a hassle-free return policy under the following conditions:

  1. Return Window: You can return your rug within 48 hours of receiving it.
  2. Condition: The rug must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  3. Restocking Fee: There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns of non-defective products.
  4. Return Shipping: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the rug is defective or incorrect.
  5. Refunds: Once we receive the returned rug, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
  6. Non-returnable Items: Custom orders, final sale items, and damaged rugs are not eligible for return.
  7. Defective Items: Returns for defective items must be made within 48 hours.
  8. Missing or Shortage Claims: Claims for missing items or shortages must be filed within 24 hours of receiving the order.

How to Return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@rugavenue.com to request a return authorization.
  2. Once authorized, carefully pack the rug in its original packaging and ship it back to us.
